Job Requirements
- 10+ years experience in restaurant business or supervisory roles
- 4-year college or university degree or equivalent experience
- successful completion of MIT training program
- successful completion of State of Florida Management Certification
- willingness to undergo background check in accordance with local laws
- ability to work full-time
- capability to complete ongoing training and certifications as required
- valid ServSafe and food handling management certifications
Job Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in the restaurant business or supervisory experience
- 4-year college or university degree or equivalent job experience
- completion of the company’s MIT training program
- completion of State of Florida Management Certification
- ongoing training and certifications required by the company
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ServSafe certified
- food handling management certified
Job Duties
- Assess the needs of the building or equipment
- review safety checklists
- maintain exterior store appearance
- fill out and post FOH schedules on time
- meet labor and operational goals using Workforce
- follow standard operating and sanitation procedures in BOH
- ensure employee motivation and satisfaction
- complete Areas of Responsibilities (A.O.R.s)
- ensure daily compliance with WingHouse standards including cleanliness, atmosphere, service, guest experience, employee interaction, timing guidelines, and plate presentation
- monitor restaurant illumination and music levels
- adhere to all WingHouse policies and procedures
- complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork
- use POS system efficiently
- manage all cash handling and restaurant income
- coach and counsel employees according to company policy
- develop leadership for BOH and FOH employees
- energize and motivate staff
- lead others to achieve company goals
- solve problems with sound judgment
- conduct train the trainer classes
- perform daily line checks for FOH and BOH
- follow daily open, mid, and close procedures
- post daily notes in logs on shift performance and maintenance
- maintain ServSafe and food handling certifications
