Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Job Qualifications

- Proven leadership or managerial experience in retail or food service preferred
- Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied schedules
- Familiarity with store operations and financial goal achievement
Job Duties
- Assist in managing the operation of a single store location
- Hire, train, and manage associates to achieve financial and service goals
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high operational standards
- Oversee daily store functions including safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Participate in and complete the leadership training program
- Support ongoing career and leadership development initiatives
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies for improvement
