Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with hiring, training, managing, supervising, directing, and developing great people
  • Demonstrate a fair, firm, fun leadership approach, and lead by example
  • Assist with managing a profit and loss statement to exceed expectations weekly, monthly, and yearly
  • Swiftly resolve employee concerns with thoughtful approach
  • Celebrate team successes and coach for better performance
  • Set expectations and provide clear and continuous feedback
  • Create an upbeat positive atmosphere during shifts
