Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with hiring, training, managing, supervising, directing, and developing great people
- Demonstrate a fair, firm, fun leadership approach, and lead by example
- Assist with managing a profit and loss statement to exceed expectations weekly, monthly, and yearly
- Swiftly resolve employee concerns with thoughtful approach
- Celebrate team successes and coach for better performance
- Set expectations and provide clear and continuous feedback
- Create an upbeat positive atmosphere during shifts
