Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Experience in customer service environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic math
- Working knowledge of computers
- Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance
- Strong ethical and integrity standards
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as Shift Leader or 1 year as Assistant Manager for internal promote
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Assistant Manager with P&L responsibility for external recruit
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must complete Assistant Manager training classes
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Proficient in English communication
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to other locations
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and implement training systems
- Ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
- Analyze operational and financial performance data and implement improvement plans
- Partner with Restaurant Manager to increase restaurant sales and profitability
