Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year of experience in the quick service restaurant industry
  • high school diploma or ged preferred
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • familiarity with pos systems and servsafe certification preferred
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • build and increase restaurant sales through effective management
  • maximize profits by managing expenses and driving sales
  • develop and train employees to enhance team performance
