Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- ability to work various shifts including weekends
- physical ability to stand and exert mobility for up to ten hours
- safely lift up to 50 pounds
- read and write to facilitate communication
- possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- serve safe food and serve safe alcohol certifications are a plus
- knowledge of effective leadership and team management
- strong problem-solving and communication skills
- ability to maintain high standards of safety and sanitation
- proficiency in store related technology
- capable of multitasking and working in various positions as needed
Job Duties
- Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines, achieving established objectives of the unit
- cultivates a culture in accordance with the Flynn Applebee's core values and beliefs
- ensures the immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints to self and staff
- ensures guest contact as a priority with completion of required table visits
- maintains departmental inventory levels
- ensures product preparation and presentation uncompromisingly meeting company standards by performing line checks
- effectively schedules employees to meet sales demands
