Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Hard working and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to go above and beyond job duties
- Ability to manage personnel and operations on shift
- Basic cash handling and point of sale operation skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week
- Preferred experience in restaurant or fast-food management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management
- Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Engage in Zaxby’s Front of House Development Plan training
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic service for all guests
- Promptly greet guests and thank them as they leave
- Maintain awareness of current promotions
- Explain menu items and suggest additional products
- Accurately complete orders and guest transactions
- Operate cash registers and handle payments
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the restaurant
- Clean and maintain guest areas including dining rooms and bathrooms
- Stock paper goods, condiments, and beverages
- Manage all shift personnel including cashiers and cooks
- Oversee inventory and food cost management
- Ensure completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks
- Hire and schedule staff while managing labor expenses
- Balance daily cash drawers, safes, and credit card receipts
- Meet or exceed budgeted operating goals
- Ensure all product quality standards are met
- Lead and coach team performance to maintain high standards
