Job Qualifications

- proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to motivate and manage teams
- prior experience in fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations
- hire, train, and direct associates to meet performance goals
- ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- implement food safety and sanitation standards
- maintain store appearance and cleanliness
