Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in the restaurant industry
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • basic computer proficiency
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • effective communication abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of inventory management and cash control procedures
  • experience in customer service and complaint resolution
  • familiar with food safety standards and brand compliance
  • recruiting and staff development skills

Job Duties

  • Assists in managing inventory costs and maintains inventory by performing daily and weekly counts
  • places and receives inventory truck orders
  • ensures preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with company standards
  • ensures that restaurant follows all cash control and security procedures
  • calls guests back who have had problems or complaints
  • motivates and directs team to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast and friendly service in a clean facility
  • partners with the Restaurant General Manager and team to create action plans to improve guest metrics
