Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in the restaurant industry
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic computer proficiency
- excellent problem-solving skills
- effective communication abilities
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of inventory management and cash control procedures
- experience in customer service and complaint resolution
- familiar with food safety standards and brand compliance
- recruiting and staff development skills
Job Duties
- Assists in managing inventory costs and maintains inventory by performing daily and weekly counts
- places and receives inventory truck orders
- ensures preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with company standards
- ensures that restaurant follows all cash control and security procedures
- calls guests back who have had problems or complaints
- motivates and directs team to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast and friendly service in a clean facility
- partners with the Restaurant General Manager and team to create action plans to improve guest metrics
