Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- serve safe certified
- able to prepare hot and cold foods
- ability to use kitchen equipment safely
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to stand for up to four hours
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- capability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Duties
- assist in the operation of a single store

- participate in a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program
- make strategic decisions to drive store success
- maintain compliance with food safety standards
- manage conflicts and adapt to a dynamic work environment
