Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficient with computer and keyboard use
- Strong communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation with acceptable driving record
- Ability to perform multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Help communicate weekly and periodic budget variances to GM
- Communicate financial goals to employees and provide guidance to meet them
- Execute proper cash handling and security procedures and hold cashiers accountable
- Assist GM with accurate daily and weekly inventory counts
- Assist GM with end-of-period inventory
- Assist GM with timely ordering of food, supplies, and paper products
- Work with GM to maintain labor, food, and supply costs within budget
- Utilize and maintain financial reporting and tracking systems
- Maintain high integrity in all financial reporting
- Provide clear direction and leadership to team leaders and employees
- Serve as a role model maintaining professionalism
- Promote an open-door policy and accessibility
- Interview hourly candidates and recommend hires to GM
- Assist GM with onboarding and training new employees
- Submit hiring documentation and payroll spreadsheets promptly
- Ensure systems and materials support quality training
- Monitor and document employee performance, attendance, and conduct
- Help maintain adequate staffing levels
- Assist GM with employee performance evaluations and discipline
- Operate the restaurant with integrity and adherence to policies
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness to standards
- Complete QSC checklists each shift
- Enforce uniform and personal hygiene standards
- Ensure recipe and food quality standards are met
- Follow sanitation procedures
- Maintain positive relationships with local health officials
- Supervise service speed standards
- Conduct quarterly QSC audits
- Ensure courteous and friendly guest treatment
- Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly
- Manage dining room and guest interactions during shifts
- Help keep the restaurant in like-new condition
- Operate with a strong guest satisfaction attitude
- Assist with equipment maintenance and small supplies
- Support timely facility repairs and preventive maintenance
- Execute restaurant upgrades as directed
- Enforce safety and protection measures
- Implement company marketing promotions
- Assist with local quarterly marketing plans
- Promote internal marketing through suggestive selling and sampling
- Stand or walk for 9-10 hours per shift
- Frequently walk around restaurant to interact and monitor
- Bend, reach, push, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Use computer keyboard daily
- Perform tasks of any employee role as needed
- Have reliable transportation and acceptable driving record
- Perform additional assigned tasks
