- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage conflict
