- food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications if required

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the sports bar
- manage team member performance and training
- ensure compliance with labor laws and health codes
- lead safety and security procedures
- coordinate and execute in-house marketing initiatives
- implement and manage the customer rewards program
- maintain high standards of food handling and responsible alcohol service
