Job Requirements

  • flexibility to work at a store within a 50-mile radius
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Serve Safe certification
  • capability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of a single store
  • hire, manage, and direct store associates to achieve financial goals
  • ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • participate in and complete store leadership training program
  • oversee store compliance with health and safety standards
  • support team development and coaching
  • handle store-related administrative tasks
