Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- flexibility to work at a store within a 50-mile radius
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Serve Safe certification
- capability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- willingness to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Duties
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of a single store
- hire, manage, and direct store associates to achieve financial goals
- ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- participate in and complete store leadership training program
- oversee store compliance with health and safety standards
- support team development and coaching
- handle store-related administrative tasks
