Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous restaurant or food service experience
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Good communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience with sales and marketing initiatives
Ability to analyze and control labor and operating costs
Familiarity with cash control procedures
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Job Duties

Ensure a high quality operation
Maintain controls

Provide team members, managers, and guests with a positive experience and atmosphere
Ensure prompt, friendly service
Ensure the production of high quality food on a consistent basis
Direct overall activities and performance of team members on a shift-by-shift basis
Assist with the development of sales and marketing strategies and implement advertising and promotional campaigns
Support and execute brand sales driving initiatives such as promotions, new product introductions, and brand loyalty programs
Manage efforts to ensure a positive guest and team experience
Ensure quality and timely delivery of food and beverage orders through various channels including in-restaurant dining, to-go, online ordering, curbside, and delivery
Maintain and inspect dining room, food receiving, food holding, preparation, production, and storage areas to comply with health and safety regulations
Correct unsafe practices or conditions
Complete daily paperwork and projects on time
Comply with cash control policies and ensure all staff comply
Drive positive labor results through proactive scheduling
Control operating costs
Ensure quality recruiting and training of new team members
Participate in hiring, training, motivation, and evaluation of team members as directed
Create positive relationships with team members and managers
Minimize turnover by resolving team member issues
Ensure adherence to brand standards, company policies, and procedures during supervisory shifts
Support and practice an open door policy
