Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • punctual and responsible to work scheduled shifts
  • capacity to work both independently and with a diverse team
  • strong communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant environment preferred
  • strong people-oriented relationship skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • valid driver's license and insurance
  • ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • background check clearance
  • at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • inspire and support team to provide excellent customer service
  • lead and motivate team ensuring positive customer experiences
  • maintain adequate staffing by assisting with scheduling, interviewing, and hiring
  • ensure cleanliness and safety compliance of the restaurant
  • assist in restaurant operations including inventory control and record keeping
  • adapt to various situations to support team performance
  • resolve customer issues and employee concerns calmly
  • provide coaching, training, and feedback for team development
  • build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
