Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant supervisory experience preferred
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- punctual and responsible to work scheduled shifts
- capacity to work both independently and with a diverse team
- strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- inspire and support team to provide excellent customer service
- lead and motivate team ensuring positive customer experiences
- maintain adequate staffing by assisting with scheduling, interviewing, and hiring
- ensure cleanliness and safety compliance of the restaurant
- assist in restaurant operations including inventory control and record keeping
- adapt to various situations to support team performance
- resolve customer issues and employee concerns calmly
- provide coaching, training, and feedback for team development
- build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
