Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or assistant management
- Ability to perform duties of restaurant team members
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to perform repetitive motions and lift moderate weight
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must comply with safety, food safety and sanitation regulations
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Effective time management skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant management or assistant management role preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to train and certify staff on brand standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical and business acumen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

- Basic budgeting and cost control knowledge
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities and priorities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- Lead team meetings with the Restaurant Manager
- Oversee brand training programs including scheduling, training, validating and certifying team and shift lead staff
- Ensure execution of brand standards, recipes and systems
- Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
- Review guest feedback and implement action plans to improve
- Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team members
- Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling
- Set up point of purchase in-store displays per brand standards
- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation requirements
- Control costs to maximize profitability
- Complete inventory periodic checks
- Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling, staffing and deployment
- Assist in supplier and vendor orders
- Conduct self-assessments and develop action plans
- Ensure restaurant budget compliance
- Manage cash over/short and ensure cash handling policies are followed
- Engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations as needed
- Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team
- Assist with performance appraisal processes
- Coach team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction
