Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant operations or management preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • maintain and inspect dining room, food receiving, food holding, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations compliance
  • correct unsafe practices or conditions
  • complete daily paperwork and projects on time
  • comply with cash control policies and procedures
  • drive positive results for labor through proactive scheduling and reacting to business trends
  • control operating costs through awareness throughout the restaurant
  • ensure quality recruiting and training of new team members
