Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts

- Previous leadership or management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of inventory and operational procedures
