Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage difficult situations

Job Duties
- Assist in managing the daily operations of a Panda Express store
- hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial and guest service goals
- ensure compliance with food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
- maintain high-quality customer service and exceptional guest experiences
- oversee scheduling and work shifts including weekends
- manage conflict resolution and foster a positive team environment
- participate in ongoing leadership and career development training
