Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified
  • physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven leadership or management experience preferred
  • Serve Safe certification
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of a Panda Express store
  • hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial and guest service goals
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
  • maintain high-quality customer service and exceptional guest experiences
  • oversee scheduling and work shifts including weekends
  • manage conflict resolution and foster a positive team environment
  • participate in ongoing leadership and career development training
