Job Duties
- Support daily front and back of house operations in a fast-paced airport environment
- supervise team members, delegate tasks, and provide coaching to maintain service standards
- assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor management
- ensure food safety, sanitation, and airport regulatory compliance requirements are met
- handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
- support inventory control, ordering, and cash handling procedures
- partner with management to drive team accountability and a positive workplace culture
