Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast and accurate service
  • Ensure positive guest relations
  • Ensure products meet company quality standards
  • Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies
  • Assist Profit and Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
  • Assist Restaurant Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
  • Conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action, motivate and train staff
  • Maintain company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance
  • Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Execute corporate and local marketing plans in a timely manner
  • Participate in hiring and firing decisions
  • Promote recognition and motivation efforts
