Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Relevant leadership or management experience preferred but not required
- Food Safety knowledge including Serve Safe certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to handle operational tasks and financial goals
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
Job Duties
- Assist in hiring, managing, and directing store associates
- Achieve financial goals through effective store management
- Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in and complete store leadership training program
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Foster teamwork and positive store culture
- Manage scheduling and daily operational tasks efficiently
