Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Experience with staff training and development
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations in conjunction with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Recruit, select, train, and develop restaurant employees
- Ensure guests receive excellent customer service
- Use management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Serve as a strong role model for employees
- Demonstrate awareness and concern for food quality and safety
- Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
