Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or fast food environment
- Proven leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in the foodservice industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety and labor cost management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and cost analysis
Job Duties
- Supervises and participates in product prep, making sure it is being done efficiently and up to company standards
- Participates in the analysis of food and labor costs
- Ensures the accuracy and completeness of the daily paperwork
- Assists the cashier and counter people during rush periods to maintain pizza preparation times of 5 minutes or less
- Assists in managing operations and staff, acting as a role model for all subordinates
- Runs the store on the General Manager's days off
- Responsible for accurate and timely cash handling, cashier transactions, store’s safe and bank deposits
