Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Three years of restaurant management experience preferred
- One year full-time equivalent supervisory experience
- One year or more of full-time equivalent restaurant or customer service experience
- Must maintain ServSafe certification
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
- Ability to quickly learn and train others in Wendy's systems and development programs
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain composure and provide sound advice and direction
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong customer orientation and focus
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate professionalism, composure and discretion when resolving customer concerns
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible 50-hour work week including all shifts and days
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple locations as needed

Job Duties
- Train and reinforce food safety procedures
- Work with Restaurant Management team to develop and communicate with crew members
- Create a service culture designed to delight every customer
- Lead and drive selling culture through customer service and sales initiatives
- Maximize store sales goals and manage store compliance
- Execute effective labor scheduling and monitor labor variances
- Partner with other managers to set the Daily Operations Plan
- Analyze and solve customer feedback issues
- Drive and execute marketing calendar and local promotions
- Ensure consistent huddles and effective communication
- Supervise, train, mentor and develop crew and management team
- Reinforce policies for a safe and professional environment
- Ensure continual improvement of quality, service and cleanliness standards
