Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- two to four years related experience and/or training
- ability to perform essential job functions
- strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws

Job Duties
- Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits
- develop and maintain professional working relationships with hourly team members, corporate and regional team members, and guests
- implement IHOP 101 Training program for all restaurant hourly team members
- assist in the execution of financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives according to SOP
- comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- assist in recruitment, training, and retention of team members
- ensure adequate levels of supplies including food and kitchen materials
- ensure operational condition of equipment and building according to regulations and SOP
- maintain safety and sanitation practices
- assist in maintaining safe and secure restaurant environment
- complete all required reports and paperwork
- perform other assigned duties
