Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Capacity to adapt to dynamic environment
- Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications

- Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Assist in managing the operation of a single restaurant store
- Hire, train, and manage associates to achieve store financial goals
- Direct associates to ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in store leadership training program
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Motivate team members and foster a positive work environment
- Handle administrative tasks related to staffing and scheduling
