Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to adapt to dynamic environment
  • Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing the operation of a single restaurant store
  • Hire, train, and manage associates to achieve store financial goals
  • Direct associates to ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • Participate in store leadership training program
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Motivate team members and foster a positive work environment
  • Handle administrative tasks related to staffing and scheduling
