- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant hospitality or retail industry
- a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation not public transit as some bank deposits may be required
- strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- passion for creating a great workplace culture and delivering exceptional customer service
- ability to train coach and inspire team members
- strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- willingness to learn and advance into higher leadership roles

Job Duties
- Lead daily operations ensuring high-quality service and food standards
- support and motivate team members to create a positive work environment
- train and develop employees to meet and exceed performance expectations
- assist in inventory management ordering supplies and controlling costs
- handle customer interactions and resolve any concerns promptly
- manage cash handling bank deposits and financial transactions
- ensure compliance with health safety and food service regulations
- step into leadership roles when the General Manager is unavailable
