Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant hospitality or retail industry
  • a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation not public transit as some bank deposits may be required
  • strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
  • passion for creating a great workplace culture and delivering exceptional customer service
  • ability to train coach and inspire team members
  • strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • willingness to learn and advance into higher leadership roles

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations ensuring high-quality service and food standards
  • support and motivate team members to create a positive work environment
  • train and develop employees to meet and exceed performance expectations
  • assist in inventory management ordering supplies and controlling costs
  • handle customer interactions and resolve any concerns promptly
  • manage cash handling bank deposits and financial transactions
  • ensure compliance with health safety and food service regulations
  • step into leadership roles when the General Manager is unavailable
