Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in team leadership or management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Continuously train and support team members at varying experience levels
- Manage daily operations, support General Manager with team development and customer service
- Grow membership volume, promote Club Car Wash's values through exceptional customer service
- Display a fresh and professional appearance at all times
- Bring a welcoming, positive attitude for our customers and team members
