Job Requirements

  • Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Previous experience with local store marketing is a plus

Job Duties

  • Help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis
  • Assist the General Manager in ensuring smooth shift operations
  • Support local store marketing efforts to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Train and assist team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Participate in performance management and training initiatives
  • Maintain quality standards and operational procedures
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment
