Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Three years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
- One year of full-time equivalent supervisory experience required
- One year or more of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience required
- Must maintain ServSafe certification
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Ability to quickly learn Wendy's systems and employee development programs
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain composure and provide sound advice
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong customer orientation focus
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Professionalism and discretion when resolving customer issues
- Ability to work flexible 50-hour work weeks
- Availability to work all shifts and days
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Train and monitor food safety procedures for all employees
- Work with management team to develop and communicate with crew members through team huddles and meetings
- Create and enforce a service culture designed to delight customers
- Lead selling efforts through customer service, sales incentives, and initiatives
- Maximize store sales and manage new product rollouts and compliance
- Create and monitor effective labor scheduling and adjust to meet business needs
- Analyze customer feedback and coach staff to improve service and resolve issues
