Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in food service or restaurant management
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
reliable and self-motivated
ability to manage inventory and ensure quality control

Job Qualifications

Strong leadership abilities
excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
prior management experience preferred
knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations

Job Duties

Train staff on standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
prepare kitchen menu items according to established recipes and procedures
ensure speed of service
ensure quality of all menu items
manage and order store inventory
actively motivate staff and provide high level of customer service
