Job Requirements

  • Experience in assistant restaurant manager, assistant hospitality manager, or shift supervisor roles
  • Experience from fast-food chains like Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, or Wendy's is preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
  • Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
  • Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
  • Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
  • Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
