Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience in food service or fast-food industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to train and supervise staff effectively
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
- Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes
Job Duties
- Train staff on our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- Prepare kitchen menu items according to established recipes and procedures
- Ensure speed of service
- Ensure quality of all menu items
- Manage and order store inventory
- Actively motivate staff and provide high level of customer service
