Job Duties
- Oversee daily FOH operations and supervise hourly Team Members
- Ensure consistent execution of service standards, food and beer presentation, and sanitation/health code compliance
- Respond promptly to Guest concerns and ensure effective recovery
- Maintain building and equipment through proper vendor communication and basic maintenance tasks
- Support training programs, MIT development, and ongoing Team Member coaching
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and adherence to budgeted targets
- Follow all cash-handling, safety, and security procedures
- Partner with GM on financial accuracy, invoice coding, cost control, and weekly operational goals
- Communicate Team Member updates and operational issues through meetings and digital manager logs
