Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in food service
Ability to lift 25-85 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Hearing in normal range
Ability to handle cash and perform cash counting
Ability to read menus, manuals and training aids
Manual dexterity
Ability to work in confined spaces
Knowledge of safety procedures around hot equipment
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Experience in restaurant or food service management
Proven leadership skills
Ability to train and mentor team members

Job Duties

Partner with the restaurant general manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
Ownership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot and fresh meals
Grow and mentor team through training and hiring
Effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc
Lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment
May include preparing work schedules
May include ordering food and supplies
May include preparing daily paperwork
May include making daily deposits
Employee on-the-job training
