Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
  • Experience as a manager
  • Motivational leader who can inspire a team and cultivate a positive culture
  • Knowledge of business operations including budgets, inventory, ordering, scheduling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and mindset
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification
  • Coachable and open to critical feedback

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations to ensure maximized efficiency and communication across all departments
  • Work with management team to meet sales goals
  • Help manage food and labor costs
  • Execute company policies and procedures
  • Work with the General Manager to support the development of team members including hiring, training and coaching
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for both staff and guests
  • Develop core competencies at each position in the store and work positions as needed
  • Recruit, hire, train and develop a team of cashiers, cooks and other support staff
  • Support General Manager in effectively communicating issues, concerns and special needs/projects related to the day-to-day business of the store
  • Ensure fast, accurate, high quality customer service to every guest that comes into our restaurant
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork
