Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Experience as a manager

- Knowledge of business operations including budgets, inventory, ordering, scheduling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations to ensure maximized efficiency and communication across all departments
- Work with management team to meet sales goals
- Help manage food and labor costs
- Execute company policies and procedures
- Work with the General Manager to support the development of team members including hiring, training and coaching
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for both staff and guests
- Develop core competencies at each position in the store and work positions as needed
- Recruit, hire, train and develop a team of cashiers, cooks and other support staff
- Support General Manager in effectively communicating issues, concerns and special needs/projects related to the day-to-day business of the store
- Ensure fast, accurate, high quality customer service to every guest that comes into our restaurant
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork
