Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass background check criteria and drug test
  • Able to stock shelves and coolers
  • Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
  • Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 90% of the shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College or university degree preferred
  • Relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills and a passion for working with people

Job Duties

  • Execute the manager-in-charge success routine and ensure responsibilities under people, customers, and service are completed
  • Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor
  • Demonstrate a friendly attitude and great customer service skills
  • Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are met
  • Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions
  • Work effectively and safely in a changing environment
  • Make quick and appropriate decisions
  • Take ownership and responsibility when solving problems
  • Ensure all team members complete their shift excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
  • Understand posted work schedules and report to work as scheduled - on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks
  • Provide appropriate notice when unable to work
  • Understand and use the approved timekeeping system, including accurately recording all hours worked
  • Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback to team members
  • Actively participate in the training of team members
  • Handle conflicts constructively and work with the restaurant general manager to achieve resolution
  • Fully participate in delivering a WOW experience to every guest
