Job Requirements
- Ability to work a 40 hour week
- Thursday through Sunday PM shift availability required (usually done before 11pm)
- Fun, positive attitude
- QSR/fast food leadership experience preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- QSR or fast food leadership experience preferred
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high stress situations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout the store
- Supervise a staff of approximately 2 to 10 employees
- Assign work to in-shoppers and delivery drivers
- Assist in providing on-the-job training for new employees
- Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
- Assist in-shoppers during rush periods to ensure the maintenance of restaurant efficiency
- Assist in-shoppers in greeting customers, taking orders, using the cash register, assembling order and checking for completeness and correctness
- Ensure that every customer receives world-class customer service
- Route deliveries and serve drivers to maximize delivery business and speed
- Complete daily food preparation including opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production
- Complete closing procedures
- Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness
- Complete daily paperwork
- Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift
- Receive and store product
- Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John’s dress code
- Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Perform other related duties as required
