Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service management
  • Knowledge of front and back of house operations
  • Familiarity with contract dining environments preferred
  • Ability to manage a team and conduct training
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional evenings

  • Experience in front and back of house management
  • Strong employee management skills including scheduling and training
  • Ability to conduct team meetings and build effective teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in contract dining settings such as hospitals, schools, or corporate dining
  • Impeccable work ethic and dynamic leadership skills
  • Culinary background is a strong plus

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Oversee front of house and back of house teams
  • Implement company cycle menus and recipes
  • Manage purchasing, scheduling, and bookkeeping
  • Conduct team meetings and training sessions
  • Ensure food service and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate catering events and client relations
