Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service management
- Knowledge of front and back of house operations
- Familiarity with contract dining environments preferred
- Ability to manage a team and conduct training
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional evenings

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Oversee front of house and back of house teams
- Implement company cycle menus and recipes
- Manage purchasing, scheduling, and bookkeeping
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions
- Ensure food service and sanitation standards
- Coordinate catering events and client relations
