- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years leadership experience preferred
- ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- must be able to pass background check
- must possess a valid driver's license
- ServSafe certification required prior to completion of leadership training
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- work side by side with the General Manager to lead the team and provide exceptional guest service
- start early shifts to perform the first bake and open the store
- lead by example and act as a brand ambassador
- provide ongoing coaching and training for the team
- jump into different roles every shift to ensure high-quality food and beverages
- maintain a safe and clean store environment
- complete restaurant administrative duties including inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management
- learn and assist in P&L analysis, food cost and labor target achievement, scheduling, and recruiting
