Job Requirements
- Must be ServSafe certified
- must be a certified Moe’s Manager
- self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing personality
- pleasant, polite manner with neat, clean appearance
- effective motivator
- ability to handle simultaneous coordination of activities and team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- good communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- ability to perform effective interviews
- ability to supervise 15-25 team members
- willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week including occasional varying hours
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to use restaurant and office equipment
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- previous restaurant experience required
- knowledge of computers (MS Word and Excel)
- valid driver’s license
- eligibility to work in the United States
- agreement to background check
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness
- provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- maintain an accurate and ongoing staffing plan
- interview prospective employees and ensure staffing procedures are followed
- develop team members by providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews
- create a positive work environment recognized in the community
- enforce sanitary practices and maintain high health inspection scores
- ensure compliance with Moe’s and Sterling operational standards
- manage food flow and minimize waste
- implement proper security procedures
- ensure a safe guest and working environment
- complete incident reports timely
- effectively manage shifts
- adhere to financial standards to increase sales and reduce costs
- complete accurate financial reporting on time
