Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • six months supervisor or manager experience in restaurant or retail environment
  • basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Suite
  • ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • solid work ethic and decision-making skills
  • self-starter with minimal supervision
  • comfortable with flexible rotating schedule
  • strong customer service skills
  • solid supervisory and communication skills
  • physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • associates degree preferred
  • six months of supervisor or manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or retail environment required
  • one year of supervisor or manager experience preferred
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
  • bi-lingual preferred
  • basic computer, math, and communication skills
  • superior customer service skills preferably in the fitness industry
  • strong supervisory, diplomacy, and listening skills
  • strong problem resolution skills
  • hard working, enthusiastic, and energetic

Job Duties

  • Understand and drive club metrics in alignment with business performance
  • develop knowledge of club services, programs, and products along with competitor awareness
  • assist in interviewing and recruitment of front desk and fitness instructors
  • monitor inventory and review sales data with General Manager to identify and act on opportunities
  • communicate and uphold company standards, ensuring a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club
  • ensure team members comply with punctuality, dress code, friendliness, and cleanliness
  • develop and maintain cleaning duties for front desk and overnight employees
  • coordinate disciplinary actions and terminations with management and HR
  • cover shifts when employees are absent
  • assist in club audits to maintain club condition
  • mentor front-end employees through training and performance assessment
  • perform other duties as assigned by the Club Manager
