Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Driver License required
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong work ethic with high standards for integrity
- Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs
- Organized and able to follow practices and procedures
- Ability to initiate action and achieve goals
- Capable of analyzing and understanding reporting results

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
- Work collaboratively with the store manager and leadership team to achieve business objectives
- Participate in recruiting, training and performance evaluations of store team members
