Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid Driver License required
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong work ethic with high standards for integrity
  • Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs
  • Organized and able to follow practices and procedures
  • Ability to initiate action and achieve goals
  • Capable of analyzing and understanding reporting results

Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
  • Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
  • Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
  • Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
  • Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
  • Work collaboratively with the store manager and leadership team to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in recruiting, training and performance evaluations of store team members
