Job Duties

  • support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
  • demonstrate strong communication skills and leadership abilities
  • develop new and current team members
  • uphold all front of house service standards
  • ensure all food and beverage is served according to standards
  • maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • coach team members performance to ensure the best guest experience
  • ensure consistent execution of front of house systems
  • control labor costs
