Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to stand for long periods up to 10 hours
  • ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • maintain compliance with corporate training certifications
  • positive and can-do attitude
  • compliance with all company, state, and local policies and laws
  • maintain personal appearance and store cleanliness
  • demonstrate teamwork and sense of urgency
  • avoid use of personal electronic devices while on the clock

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead crew members and direct daily restaurant operations in absence of general manager including supervising and training employees
  • open and close the store
  • ensure all food preparation is complete
  • manage employee breaks and shift changes
  • motivate and coach crew members and assist in training new employees
  • perform all crew member tasks such as makeline, cut table, monitoring ovens, packaging products, quality check and order accuracy, and guest relations
  • follow Marco's procedures for preparing dough, sauce, and toppings and making products correctly
  • operate machinery according to safety requirements and applicable laws
  • maintain cleanliness of the store
  • support other employees in completing their tasks
  • assist general manager with scheduling, ordering, and team development
  • ensure compliance with occupational safety and health act, local health codes, and company safety policies
  • maintain preventative maintenance program for facility, equipment, and grounds
  • assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring crew members
  • maintain fast, accurate, and outstanding service
  • ensure excellent guest experience and product consistency
  • complete other duties as assigned
