Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to prepare food using hands
- Demonstrate punctuality and responsibility in scheduled shifts
- Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant preferred
- Adequate driving record including valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours and with a variety of personalities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Ability to lead a diverse team effectively
- Effective communication skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and scheduling management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire team to ensure customers have a positive and inviting experience by providing positive feedback and setting goals
- Maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in the development of weekly team schedules, interviewing, and hiring new team members
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean and provides a safe environment by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- Assist in restaurant operations management including inventory control and record keeping
- Adapt to various situations to support your team’s abilities in meeting customer needs
- Remain calm and use knowledge to help resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns
- Provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to develop team’s professional and personal skills
