Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle varying weather conditions
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to follow strict quality control and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- General job duties experience for store team members
- Ability to operate all equipment
- Experience preparing products and managing inventory
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry
- Ability to make correct monetary change
Job Duties
- Manage all activities during the shift including cost controls
- Oversee inventory control and cash handling
- Set an example by adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Handle staffing, scheduling and paperwork
- Maintain food management and ensure store cleanliness
- Provide excellent customer service
- Drive marketing efforts and profitability
