Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to handle varying weather conditions
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to follow strict quality control and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • General job duties experience for store team members
  • Ability to operate all equipment
  • Experience preparing products and managing inventory
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry
  • Ability to make correct monetary change

Job Duties

  • Manage all activities during the shift including cost controls
  • Oversee inventory control and cash handling
  • Set an example by adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Handle staffing, scheduling and paperwork
  • Maintain food management and ensure store cleanliness
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Drive marketing efforts and profitability
